ENJOY THE DELICIOUS TASTES OF SPRING

 
Spring is definitely in the air in our Second Floor Restaurant as Head Chef Louise McCrimmon unveils her March Menu. Featuring a sumptuous selection of seasonal dishes, choose two course for £17 and three for £20. And why not start your meal with an Aperol Spritzer for £6.

 
STARTERS
Cauliflower soup, butter roast almonds
Pollock brandade, caramelised onion and olive cruotes, herb salad
Goat’s curd pannacotta, roast beetroot and candied pecan salad
 
MAIN
Organic Stream Farm trout, goat’s cheese mash, beetroot and horseradish dressing
Confit duck leg, blood orange and fennel salad, walnut and sherry dressing
Chick peas, chilli, lime and tamarind, seared halloumi cheese, pilaf rice
 
DESSERT
Lemon and rosemary syllabub, crisp butter shortbread
Valrhona chocolate sorbet, poached kumquats
Vanilla rice pudding, candied pineapple
