Chicken liver parfait, chicken terrine, crisp skin, apple chutney
Slow cooked salmon, beetroot Carpaccio, fennel and raspberry, herb salad

Stream Farm organic trout, cucumber, crushed Cornish new potatoes,
seaweed and tomato butter sauce
Slow cooked lamb shoulder, crisp belly, Jersey Royals, summer vegetables
