Yes, we're celebrating again ... this time for winning a much-coveted TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence. This prestigious honour has been handed to our Second Floor Restaurant for the consistently high ratings and quality reviews on the travel website.
To achieve the TripAdvisor® excellence award, businesses need to maintain an average rating of four or higher out of a possible five – the Second Floor gained an impressive average of 4.5, putting us in the top 5% of establishments reviewed across the world.
It’s the latest accolade for Head Chef Louise McCrimmon and her team, as they have recently received a second AA Rosette as well as an AA Notable Wine List Award.
Our recent TripAdvisor® updates include: “The food was exquisite and highly enjoyable. The presentation was very appealing and it was cooked to perfection”; while another user wrote: “I've had the pleasure of eating here a few times and each time the food and service have been excellent.”
