Held in our chic Second Floor Bar, our experts will guide you through the cocktail alchemy, classic combinations and top tips, before you're let loose behind the bar to practice and perfect those useful tricks of the trade.

Saturday November 26: Hot Cocktails – toddies and winter libation.
Our classes run from 10am-12noon and cost £25 per person. Why not book an early lunch in the Second Floor Restaurant afterwards to relax and chat about your morning’s progress.
