SETTING THE CITY’S TRENDS – S/S14 FASHION SHOW

We certainly confirmed our place as the region’s style leaders with our striking S/S14 Fashion Show. Staged in Cutlers Hall, Quakers Friars, the sell-out event showcased the very latest collections from the likes of Alexander McQueen, Givenchy, Victoria Beckham, Stella McCartney, Dries Van Noten, Kenzo, Roland Mouret, Mary Katrantzou and Christopher Kane.

More than 400 guests joined us for two shows in the evening and catwalk trends included Down The Garden Path, Sports Luxe, Prints Reclaimed, Sheer & Pleats and Tribal Folklore. Those lucky enough to get a ticket were treated to a Champagne reception sponsored by Perrier-Jouët and music provided by renowned Kiss FM DJs, the Dixon Brothers.

The models’ hair on the night was styled by the team from Bristol-based Maximum FX while makeup – neon lips and heavily-defined cheekbones – was created using in-store ranges from Tom Ford, Benefit, SpaceNK and Shu Uemera. Styling was by Rachel Story.
