CHRISTMAS CHEER WITH TWELVE DAYS OF COCKTAILS!

 

We're celebrating the festive season in style with the definitive Christmas cocktail list. Served in our stylish Second Floor Bar, the 12 Days of Christmas Cocktails promotion has been inspired by the famous festive song. A new drink will be on the menu every day from Monday December 9 until Friday December 20 when all 12 tipples will be available.

 

Partridge in a Pear Tree - Monday December 9: Absolut Pear, Falernum, Orgeat syrup, lime juice and Angostura bitters with a pear garnish.
 

 

 
Two Turtle Doves - Tuesday December 10: Crème de Peche and Pomegranate juice, topped with Harvey Nichols Prosecco and garnished with edible flowers.
 

 

 

Three French Hens - Wednesday December 11: A warming rum egg nog made with Bristol Spiced Rum, 3 Rivers Agricole Rum, cream, honey syrup and pasteurized egg yolk, finished with a grating of nutmeg.
 

 

 

Four Calling Birds - Thursday December 12: Light as a feather, this cocktail contains Hendricks Gin, Miclo Rose liqueur, St. Germain and lemon, finished with a cucumber ribbon and crystallised rose petals.
 

 

 
Five Golden Rings - Friday December 13: A beautifully golden hot cider made with Appleton VX rum, cinnamon syrup, Burrow Hill Cider and Pimento bitters. Served in a copper cup with a large orange twist and star anise.
 

 

 
Six Geese-a-Laying - Saturday December 14: Grey Goose vodka, Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur, lemon juice and raspberry ripple syrup, topped with Harvey Nichols Champagne.
 

 

Seven Swans-a-Swimming - Sunday December 15: Taking inspiration from the swans on the Sipsmith label, this is made with Sipsmith Sloe Gin, lemon juice, cinnamon syrup and Harvey Nichols Prosecco, garnished with lemon and a cinnamon stick.
 

 

 

Eight Maids-a-Milking - Monday December 16: Served in a milk bottle with a straw, with Absolut Vanilla, Mozart Dry Chocolate Spirit, almond milk, vanilla syrup and Horlicks.
 

 

 
Nine Ladies Dancing - Tuesday December 17: A vibrant combination of Absolut Citron, Solerno Blood Orange liqueur, cranberry and lime juice, garnished with a dried orange wheel.
 

 

Ten Lords-a-Leaping - Wednesday December 18: Harking back to the days of the British Raj and the perfect drink for a gentleman. Chivas 12-year old whisky and Stone’s Ginger Wine on the rocks with an orange twist.
 

 

   Eleven Pipers Piping - Thursday December 19: Perique tobacco liqueur with Miclo Kirsch eau de vie, Mozart Dry Chocolate Spirit and popcorn essence, topped with ginger ale.
 

 

 
Twelve Drummers Drumming - Friday December 20: A favourite tipple of John Bonham, the late Led Zeppelin drummer, VSOP Cognac is mixed with dark cacao and double cream and dusted with nutmeg.
